If you want to get rid of pigmentation then you should avoid oil foods, non veg and milk products. Milk (Dairy products) products having lot of harmons so keep avoid  this if  you are really suffering from pigmentaion.

Avoid foods :-

1) All milk products like curd, chocolate and paneer.

2) Pickle, Refined foods, Cool Drinks.

If we drink 3 litres of water a day then it will through the unwanted cholesterol from the body. Having water immediately after lunch is not a good habit. we have to wait 30 minutes for taking water.
