Finely chopped brinjal,  aloo, chopped onion, chilles,  ginger garlic paste, red chille powder, salt, oil, curry leaves. In this reciepe cut them in small size or big size. As  you wish. I prefer small pieces.



For this reciepe , we need more quantity of oil…this oil makes brinjal pieces as smoothy. First fry onion and chille  pieces and ginger garlic paste. After that add brinjal , aloo pieces . Sprinkle sufficient salt then cover with lid for 10 min on medium flame. After 10 min pieces will smooty.


Then smash that brinjal pieces and cover it for another  5 min. After that add sufficient  red chille powder and curry leaves…let it for 10 min on low flame. After that off the flame and it was ready to serve…
