Hi friends….. welcome to alertinfo recipes… Now i want to show you how to prepare fried rice with egg with simple ingredients in very short time. We all know the nutritional values of egg.  But some kids are not interested to eat egg. This recipe is especially for that kind of kids. I use this recipe every time for my kids…they just love this every time. So i will tell you how to prepare.

Ingredients:

Eggs, boiled rice, ghee, turmeric powder, salt and black pepper powder.

Preparation:

Heat the ghee in kadai…after that beat an egg in pan directly.. wait a few seconds.

Then scrambled the egg and do it like bhurji.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Then shift it into other bowl. 

Then in that same pan, again heat ghee. Then add boiled rice, egg bhurji, salt, turmeric powder and black pepper powder by one by one.

Saute it well for few minutes. Now it was ready. Then off the flame and serve hotly.
