Fresh and clean fish pieces, salt, red chille powder, coriander powder, termeric powder, masala powder, gingergarlic paste, oil.
Take a bowl add fish pieces, salt and red chille powder to taste, pinch of termaric powder and other items in sufficient quantities and oil also. Marinate this for minimum one and half an hour. Marinate in air tight container.
After that fry that in low flame.. After 10 min put in medium flame. Add separate oil because it needs more oil. In fry pan pour that same marinated oil. Fry two sides in medium flame. Off the flame when the pieces seems to be crispy and crunchy. now it’s ready to serve.
