Hi friends… today i am going to show how to prepare prawns roast… Prawns  contains high level of Zinc and Selenium..which are helpful for healthy immunity system… of course these are having fat content…but it was healthy food for us… ..

Now i will show how to prepare…..

Ingredients:

Prawns, onions, chillies, coriander leaves, spring onions, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, masala powder, oil.

Preparetion:

Heat oil  in kadai. Fry  finely chopped onion, chilli pieces.

After 5 minutes  add ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves, spring onion  pieces by one by one. saute well.

When it will getting softness, then add washed prawns  and salt. Mix it well and cover with lid.

Now prawns will become small in their size…and water will comes  in  that.. put in low flame..because  the prawns will be cook in that water only.

After water will disapper add chilli powder.

Saute well in low flame, after 10 minutes add masala powder, coriander powder.

Mix well…off the flame  when oil will comes up. Roast slowly till the oil will comes up.

Now it was ready for serve. It was tasty with rice
