Hi friends, veg corn soup is one of the most ordered item in restaurants. It was an easy and healthy dish. I will tell you how to prepare quick and easily.
For this soup, first we have to prepare vegetable stock. With that we can prepare soup easily. For vegetable stock,
- Spring onion stocks – 4
- Onions – 2 ( cut into cubes)
- Tomatoes -3 (cubes)
- Green chillies – 2
- Green capsicum – 1 big size(cubes)
- Carrots – 3 (cubes)
- Sliced garlic – as you want
- Bay leaf – 2
- Black paper powder – few
- Elaichi – few
Now dump all these veggies in pressure cooker for cook.
In this stock, you have to other your favourite vegetables. And you also cook these in bowl also,but you have to cook at least one hour. Now in cooker pour 3 or 4 cups of water. Cook it for 3 vissels in medium flame.
After all the pressure went out, open and filter it. So our stock was ready.
Now we prepare soup with this.
- In 4 cups of stock, add small pieces of carrot, beans, corn, soaked green peas, corn paste and rice vineger.
- All this mixture bring it to boil.
- After some time add salt to taste.
- Add corn flour mix(corn flour+ water) slowly. Because more corn flour makes more thicker.
- Add spring onion pieces after off the flame.
- Now serve it hotly with soya sause.
