Coconut Chutney For Breakfast

 It was very tasty ,easy and most famous south Indian chutney for breakfast like idly, dosa,vada etc.

Ingredients:

Raw coconut pieces – 1 cup

Channa Dal – 1/4 cup

Green chiles – as your taste

Tamarind – small lemon size

Salt – to taste

Cumin seeds – 1 tsp

Garlic cloves – 4

For Thadka:  oil, mustard seeds, garlic cloves, cumin seeds, sesame seeds (if u want), curry leaves and hing.

Method:

Fry channa dal and green chiles in 2 tsp oil in pan. Let it be cool. Then take blender , add coconut pieces, channa dal, chiles, soaked tamarind, 3 garlic cloves, salt and cumin seeds in it. Blend  it smoothly by adding water. It was almost finish.

Serve it in breakfast with hot hot thadka. And enjoy the breakfast.
